SVTS GPRS Main Properties

Smart Vehicle Tracking System with SVTS GPRS enables you to know:

• Vehicles exact locations.
• Vehicles starting and finishing work hours.
• Total distance travelled by the vehicles on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
• Where and for how long the vehicles stopped.

Smart Event Based Reporting

Events trigger automatic position reporting such as:

• Passing from a control point.
• Entering/Exiting a specified region.
• Exiting from a predetermined route.
• Exceeding a predefined speed limit.
• Pressing the alarm button.

Periodic Position Reporting: Sending vehicle position in pre-defined periods.

• Remotely by using the SVTS software.
• Based on time or distance traveled.

Polling

User gets the latest speed and position data of the vehicles remotely by using the SVTS software via GPRS, SMS or data link.

Black Box Reporting

Record data locally and allow it to be read remotely (store and forward feature).

Data Security

Messages between the control center and the vehicle are encrypted to ensure secure communication. The CRC-CCIT algorithm is used to ensure data integrity and 128 bit encoding is used to ensure data security.
